As a recent owner of a brand-new Miss Dior perfume bottle, and because I am clearly obsessed with the smell, I decided to take a look, my dear readers, on the sentiments other global owners may have. What? I am just curious to know. Maybe I will find a new bestie to endlessly talk about my perfume with!

Miss Dior perfume was always the talk of the season. Natalie Portman everyone! Do I have to say more? And in the last 6 months it was mainly in June and July that Miss Dior perfume was really mentioned a lot, and basically, everywhere. Having floral scents, freedom, love and empowerment in its DNA, it is not a surprise that most of us girls, would rock this perfume during summer.

A lot of cheerful emojis were used to describe or accompany any Miss Dior mentions, encouraging women to buy it, use it and become the women it was created for: determined,

passionate and free women that are not afraid to embody the many facets of love.

But even if Miss Dior perfume has many positive sentiments and a lot of high praises, we cannot neglect that women had also negative sentiments towards it.

As I have gotten a lot more curious about where these women were located, I have searched and noticed that positive sentiments were mainly coming from the United States of America (38%) and the United Kingdom (14%), while all the negative sentiments were generated from France (100%).

As to why French women were having these gloomy thoughts about Miss Dior perfume, it was mainly referring to the fact that the perfume was worthless in its whole. Many of them described it as being dull and not at all original, a copy from different other perfumes, and mostly, they did not feel empowered by it. The dominant floral scent made it seem more appropriate for a delicate young woman, not a grown woman that is ready to conquer the world.

Well, my dear readers, opinions and sentiments vary from one person to another, and it is very unlikely that we all have the same point of view regarding the smell of a perfume. We cannot all have the same taste, and it would be extremely weird if we all did.

I love my Miss Dior perfume and I wouldn’t trade it for another one. Not at all. But it doesn’t mean that you should also be obliged to feel this exact same way.

Dior’s perfumes are not limited to this one only, and I’m sure that you can easily find your happiness with another Dior bottle.

You only have to search for it, smell it and most importantly, fall in love with it.
